Eligibility for Return & Replacement

Returns or replacements may be approved if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is missing from the order.
• The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging (where applicable).
• Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• A complete unboxing/opening video is provided.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be approved if:

• The request is made after 5 days of delivery.
• The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
• The original packaging is missing.
• The mandatory unboxing/opening video is not provided.
• The issue cannot be verified during inspection.
• The customer changes their mind after purchase.
• The customer places an incorrect order.
• The customer no longer wants the product after delivery.

Return & Replacement Requests

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, you may request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery.

• Your Order Number
• The issue faced with the product
• Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
• Mandatory unboxing/opening video showing the package being opened from the beginning

Important: Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

1. The returned product is received at our warehouse.
2. Our team inspects and verifies the product and claim.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
