We offer a 5-day return and replacement policy to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience at Flipyx.
To process a return or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory. Customers must provide a clear unboxing video to request a return or replacement.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if;
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You received a missing product or incomplete order.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging (where applicable).
Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products may not be eligible for return, including;
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
- Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by delivery issues.
- Items without original packaging or accessories.
Return Process
To initiate a return;

- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed;
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In cases where a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, store credit may be offered.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund;
- Replacements are subject to availability.
- If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Order Cancellations;
- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
